Weddings are formed for this life only, but in many ways they reflect how we evaluate life in general, and what we value, and what we take as ultimate concerns. If Christ is on the throne of our lives, then we can remove our sometimes petty issues about our spouses and focus on how we are witnesses to others about the love Christ has for our world.
