	Collect for Proper 22:

	Let us pray:

	One God,

	what you have coupled together 

	we are not to separate.

	You have joined race with race, 

	nation with nation,

	people with people, 

	people with nature.

	Yet we separate by prejudice, war and pollution.

	Bring us together once again

	as you visioned in your original blessing.

	We ask this through Jesus Christ our Lord, 

	who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, 

	one God for ever and ever. Amen
