Abiding God, 
you in Jesus, Christ enduring in us,
we in you,
to whom else can we go?
Your son's words of eternal life
empower us to stand steadfast
with each other in you
through Jesus Christ our Lord, 
who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, 
one God for ever and ever. Amen
