A Latin Rite seminarian could transfer to the Byzantine Rite, marry and then be ordained......so the "Only Roman priests....." arguement holds no water. Certainly in the Latin Rite it is a discipline only, and there are Latin Rite married priests in the form of former Anglican clergy.

1Cr 9:5 Have we not power to lead about a sister, a wife, as well as other apostles, and [as] the brethren of the Lord, and Cephas?
Remember that Jesus Ordained Peter (Cephas), and probably some of the others mentioned, and Peter was already married at the time of his Ordination, because he was married before it.
Mat 8:14 And when Jesus was come into Peter's house, he saw his wife's mother laid, and sick of a fever.
Then, Paul requires:
1Ti 3:2 A bishop then must be blameless, the husband of one wife, vigilant, sober, of good behaviour, given to hospitality, apt to teach;

Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. Phl 4:8
