Fr. Lucian Pulvermacher OFM Cap. passed to his reward November 30th of 
this year.  He had laid claim to the Papacy under the title "Pius 
XIII", having been "elected" to that high office  by a "conclave" of 
"True Catholics", whose consistory was reportedly conducted by telephone.

	The historic Anti-Popes had support from Cardinals and Bishops -- 
Pulvermacher had none -- thus he was at best a pseudo-Pope.
