The Bishops in question have a significant number of sub conditione
ordinations between them. No doubt they will also be consecrated by the next guy who
comes along. For example:

of the Iglesia Ortodoxa Católica Apostólica Méxicana.

And now add Emmanuel Milingo. For most Bishops a single consecration is
sufficient.

I have often wondered about prelates who collect endless ordinations. What
are they trying to do in reality? "Sub-conditione" means that they doubt
their previous ordinations were valid? Are we to believe that, in all honesty,
a person can actually doubt 5 previous ordinations?

Evidently not, if they were already bishops and then they had this
whacko Archbishop "do it" again. Why do that if they weren't still
connected to the "Romani" as you call them?
