However, I do know a for-real ECUSA Bishop who uses AOL and an 
unrecognizable (except by those who already know him well: then it's 
recognizable) screen name for his private correspondence.  I imagine 
that his official e-mail correspondence goes through his diocesan 
address, but he had this addy and screen name before he was a bishop, 
and still uses it, at the very least with his friends and others who 
"knew him when".  I also know a for-sure for-real Roman Catholic Priest 
who has and uses a not-AOL address (neither Church nor Parish domain) 
similarly.  Which is neither here nor there about the person in 
question, establishing nothing--just that your generalization is too 
sweeping.
